Every FirstRep order ships free within the United States, with tracking included.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days. High-demand periods, holidays, and peak sales seasons may add a few days.
Digital Products
The 30-Day First Push-Up Plan is delivered by email right after your purchase. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us.
Tracking
Every order is fully tracked. You can follow your FirstRep order from our door to yours using the link in your shipping email.
Customs and Import Fees
Any customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. These are set by local authorities and are not included in the price at checkout.
Wrong Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will always try to help.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email firstrep.shop@hotmail.com and we will track it down or make it right.
