We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device display will show colors accurately.
All product descriptions, dimensions, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, and refuse any order at our sole discretion.
PRODUCT SAFETY AND USE
The FirstRep Push-Up Trainer is designed for home fitness and general exercise. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have an injury, a health condition, or have been inactive for a long time. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
Place the trainer on a flat, stable, dry surface, ideally on an exercise mat, with enough free space around you. Check that the base, spring column, and top pad are fully assembled and undamaged before each use.
Keep both hands flat on the floor during use. Do not stand, sit, or jump on the trainer, and do not exceed the maximum user weight of [X] lbs.
Children should use the product only under adult supervision.
Exercise at your own pace and within your physical abilities. We are not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, use on unsuitable surfaces, or failure to follow these instructions.
Clean the trainer with a damp cloth and store it in a dry place when not in use.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
The 30-Day First Push-Up Plan is provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, share, or distribute it, in whole or in part. The plan is general fitness guidance and is not medical advice.
ACCURACY OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to update that information promptly so we can complete your transaction and contact you if needed.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
We are not responsible for bank fees, currency conversion charges, or international transaction fees applied by your payment provider. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site containing typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, dimensions, pricing, promotions, offers, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information, or cancel orders, if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
